Get ready to burn calories, improve your cycling efficiency, and leave feeling accomplished and energized!
- Cycle Pump: Experience the ultimate full-body workout with Cycle Pump, a dynamic fusion of cycling and muscle pump exercise. In this high-energy class, you will cycle through intense intervals to elevate your heart rate, followed by muscle-strengthening segments using light weights to target key muscles groups. This class is designed to build both cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance, helping you improve overall fitness. Whether you are looking to tone your muscles or enhance your cycling stamina, Cycle Pump will challenge your body and keep you motivated every step of the way!
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): The HIIT class entails a method that alternates between short, intense bursts of physical activity and periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. This approach seeks to increase the heart rate close to its maximum during the high-intensity intervals, followed by brief recovery periods. We will go over variations of movements such as squats, jumping jacks, lateral movements and much more to achieve the best results possible.
- Core Workout: The core class will go over a variety of techniques that will engage and activate the core and abdominal muscles. Participants can expect to be taught a variety of abdominal exercises such as planks, crunches, leg raises, and variations of stretches that will activate and strengthen their core. The aim of this class is to strengthen the abdominal muscles, improve posture, and overall muscle definition.
