Team Challenge
Searching for a way to train, develop, or challenge your group? The Team Challenge program is an experiential program consisting of activities and low elements designed to help groups improve communication, solve problems, and establish greater understanding for one another.
The program is customized to meet your group's goals and objectives. Through a series of interactive activities- include ice breakers, group challenges, and problem-solving initiatives, groups will work together to achieve their goals and strengthen their teamwork skills. Immediately following each challenge, our facilitators will lead the group through reflection to evaluate and understand the activities.
Whether you are an established or are just getting to know each other, the NEIU Team Challenge Program has something for you. Additionally, the team challenge experience can be tailored to include our high ropes course, climbing wall or traverse wall.
