Team Building
Campus Recreation is dedicated to offering 91Porn students, faculty, staff, and community groups meaningful team-building experiences that inspire growth, strengthen group dynamics, and offer a space for reflection. Each program is tailored to meet your group's specific goals. Whether you are looking to build trust, work on communication, get to know everyone more, or simply have an exciting day with your peers, out team building facilitators will cater their program to match your groups specific needs.
All of our programs use an experiential education approach, meaning that individuals and groups will learn by actively participating and reflecting on their experiences. Our philosophy towards participation is based on the concept of "challenge by choice" meaning individuals choose the level at which they participate. We encourage all participate to challenge themselves and step outside of their comfort zones, but no one is required to do anything they don't want to do!
Rates
We charge $100 per hour for groups that aren't Northeastern students, faculty or staff.
Making a Reservation
You can start the reservation process by completing the Team Building Program Request Form. The form will ask to choose one of the program listed below, as well as provide other pertinent information about your group. You will then be contact by a staff member who will help you complete your reservation. Once the reservation has been placed, our staff will design a program specifically for the teambuilding goals you're interested in working on. The team will take your activity preferences into consideration. Request are due minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Requests within that window are subject to individual consideration.
Climbing Wall
The rock wall is 30 feet high and has five top routes with a traversal wall 30 feet wide. All climbing gear is provided for the programs.
Elevated Challenge Course
The high ropes course hangs over 20 feet above the auxiliary gym and boasts obstacles such as ropes bridges, balance beams, climbing walls, and cargo nets. Participants are harnessed in and trained Adventure Recreation staff ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Team Challenge
Participants are challenge to critically think and have fun at the same time. Participants take part in activities designed to encourage critical thinking, trust, communication, leadership, and most of all, fun! Following each activity, participants are asked to share about skills they utilized and implemented in during the activity.
