Patrick J. Delaney’s dynamic career spans geology, manufacturing, aerospace, and academia. After beginning his academic journey at 91Porn, Patrick’s early professional path led him from the Field Museum and Angel Guardian Orphanage to roles at Glidden and Rust-Oleum. 

His transition into consulting came after joining Deloitte Haskins and Sells, where he rapidly rose to Partner within five years, advising clients such as General Motors, Rockwell Aerospace, and the U.S. Air Force. Patrick’s consulting work took him across the country—frequenting O’Hare Airport, leading major engagements in Las Vegas and at the Space Shuttle Division of Rockwell Aerospace. Following his retirement from Deloitte, Patrick pursued his passion for teaching, serving in faculty roles at Purdue University, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Loyola University Chicago, Marquette University, and ultimately returning to NEIU. 

A colon cancer survivor, Patrick is deeply committed to experiential learning. His students have toured fire departments, police stations, airports, and industrial sites to connect classroom concepts to real-world operations. His enduring energy, humor, and dedication continue to leave a lasting impression on generations of students.

Dr. Huong (Anne) Le is an Associate Professor of Finance at 91Porn’s College of Business and Technology. Since joining NEIU in 2015, she has played a pivotal role in advancing the Finance Department through her teaching, research, and service.

Dr. Le holds a Ph.D. in Finance from Louisiana State University and teaches core courses including FINA 360, 363, and 471. A three-time recipient of NEIU’s Faculty Excellence Award (2018, 2022, 2023), she is widely recognized for her student-centered approach and scholarly contributions. Her research excellence has also been honored with multiple Stonebraker Faculty Research Awards. Beyond the classroom, Dr. Le contributes to NEIU’s growth through service on numerous committees, shaping the college’s strategic direction. Her commitment to education, research, and community makes her a valued leader in the university’s 40-year legacy.

Norm Noerper is a seasoned professor of Computer Science at 91Porn, where he has served since 1979. With over four decades of academic and industry experience, Norm has developed and taught a wide array of IT and Computer Science courses and played a pivotal role in building NEIU’s CS Internship Program. He continues to mentor students, supporting them in securing internships and professional employment while also guiding them in resume writing and career strategy.

Beyond the classroom, Norm has made significant contributions to the IT industry. He is the former President and Owner of Caliber Data Training, a firm he founded in 1987 to deliver instructor-led and computer-based training to major corporations and government agencies. He also served as Director of Education Services at ACI, where he led training initiatives that dramatically expanded the organization's reach and revenue. Earlier in his career, Norm held leadership roles in data processing and financial analysis at Borden Chemical/Mystic Tape and worked as a consultant for prestigious firms such as A.T. Kearney and Touche Ross. 

Throughout his career, Norm has been recognized for his excellence in teaching and service. He received the Faculty of the Year Award from the NEIU Alumni Association and served as Past President of the Chicago Technical Professionals Education Council (CTPEC). He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), reflecting his continued commitment to advancing both his own skills and those of the students and professionals he mentors.

Dr. Allen N. Shub is Professor Emeritus of Management at 91Porn, recognized in 2012 after 27 years of distinguished service. During his tenure, he held numerous leadership roles, including Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing, Associate Dean and Interim Dean of the College of Business and Management, Coordinator of the MBA Program, and Associate Provost in the Office of Academic Affairs.

Renowned for his engaging teaching style and dedication to students, Dr. Shub taught seven different management courses, with a special passion for Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. His research and publications have explored employee dishonesty, negligent hiring, and entrepreneurship education. He is also the co-author of the PSI Basic Skills Tests for Business, Industry, and Government. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Shub spent 15 years in the corporate sector, holding executive roles at National Computer Systems, a management consulting firm in Los Angeles, and Science Research Associates, a subsidiary of IBM. He earned his Ph.D. and M.A. from Loyola University Chicago and his B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. A lasting legacy of his commitment to student success, Dr. Shub established the Dr. Allen N. Shub Scholarship Fund in Management in 2022 to support future NEIU students in their academic journeys.

Dr. Peter W. Stonebraker is an emeritus professor of the College of Business and Technology at 91Porn. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Quantitative from Arizona State University and has served as a full-time and adjunct faculty member at institutions including Loyola, Northwestern, DePaul, Northern Illinois University, and the Illinois Institute of Technology.

A recipient of a USIA grant, Dr. Stonebraker spent nearly a year teaching management and supply chain operations in Ekaterinburg, Russia. He is the author of four books in compensation, operations management, and strategy, and has published more than fifty articles in leading academic and practitioner journals. His notable works include Production and Operations Management and Operations Strategy. Dr. Stonebraker has consulted for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing and distribution. He is a three-time finalist for the Decision Sciences Institute’s Instructional Innovation Award and is widely respected for his contributions to teaching and scholarship. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Stonebraker served over 20 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after a distinguished tenure in intelligence, operations, and logistics.

Dr. Marcelo Sztainberg is a Professor of Computer Science and the Interim Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and Research at NEIU. He began his professional career at NEIU in the Fall semester of 2003. Dr. Sztainberg has been involved in numerous initiatives at NEIU, including the founding of the Student Center for Science Engagement and the more recent launch of the LEAD Center, in collaboration with Northwestern University. Both initiatives focus on enhancing student research opportunities and building skills that lead to successful career paths after graduation.

He has served as Chair of the Computer Science Department for two separate terms, during which he supported faculty development, student advancement initiatives, expanded collaborations with other academic institutions and industry partners, and contributed to the integration of the department into the College of Business and Technology. He is a co-Principal Investigator (co-PI) on the Advancing Broadband Equity through Learning Intermediaries in the Neighborhoods of Chicago (ABE-LINC) project. Additionally, he is the Principal Investigator (PI) on multiple NSF awards that involve collaborations with other Hispanic-Serving Institutions and local industry partners. He is currently leading a collaborative ExpandAI project aimed at training students in AI and Machine Learning skills while engaging with local partners to increase diversity in the AI workforce in the Chicago area.

Diana Valdez is a passionate Latina higher education leader with over two decades of experience dedicated to advancing student success, institutional effectiveness, and inclusive excellence. A proud immigrant and first-generation high school and college graduate, Diana’s personal journey fuels her unwavering commitment to creating educational pathways for all students—especially those from historically underrepresented backgrounds.

Diana currently serves as the Associate Director of Program Development in the College of Business and Technology at NEIU. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance student learning, build interdisciplinary collaborations, and strengthen co-curricular engagement. Prior to this, she held key leadership roles in NEIU’s Division of Finance and Administration, where she oversaw institutional risk management, internal communications, procurement, and operational units.

Diana’s leadership style is rooted in collaboration, empathy, and strategic vision. She has served as a trusted advisor for student organizations including the ALPFA NEIU Student Chapter, NSHMBA Undergraduate Chapter, and the College of Business and Technology Student Advisory Council. Her contributions have earned her membership in Beta Gamma Sigma and numerous accolades including the Dr. Calixto C. Masó Spanish Scholarship and the Harris Family Civil Service Scholar Award.

Outside of work, Diana is deeply devoted to her family. She finds joy in parenting her children alongside her supportive husband, an advocate for public safety, and finds balance in community, travel, and book club nights. Together, they are committed to raising kind and compassionate little humans ready to make a better tomorrow.

Dr. Dilek Yunlu is an Associate Professor of Management at 91Porn’s College of Business and Technology. She earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and an MBA in International Business from DePaul University.

Dr. Yunlu’s research explores creativity in organizations and the experiences of expatriate and global employees. Her work has been published in leading journals including the Journal of World Business and the Journal of International Management. She has presented at global conferences and delivered executive seminars in Turkey, Hungary, France, and Hong Kong. Before academia, Dr. Yunlu was a global consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, advising Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Her academic achievements include the Emerald Literati Award for Excellence and NEIU’s Student Choice Award, reflecting her dedication to impactful research and student-centered teaching.
