Who Is 91Porn?

91Porn is a vibrant public four-year higher education institution with a proud legacy of access, inclusion and academic excellence that spans more than 150 years. Established in 1867 and rooted in Chicago, Northeastern reflects the city’s diversity, resilience and spirit. We deliver a high-quality, affordable education designed to meet the needs of today’s learners — those who balance ambition with real-life responsibilities, and bring purpose and determination to everything they do.

We serve one of the most ethnically and culturally diverse student populations in the Midwest. As a federally designated Hispanic-Serving Institution and Minority Serving Institution, our students come from a wide range of backgrounds and speak more than 40 languages. Many are the first in their families to attend college. They are parents, veterans, working professionals, career changers and community leaders — and they all share a common drive to build  a better world for themselves and those around them.

Our Mission is You

People sitting on the University CommonsAt NEIU, Our Mission is You is more than a tagline — it’s a commitment. We meet our students’ ambition with world-class faculty, personal attention, and hands-on academic programs that are flexible, relevant and deep-seated in community impact. With an average 11:1 student-to-faculty ratio and some of the lowest out-of-pocket costs among public universities in Illinois, NEIU empowers students to succeed in scholarship, career and life.

We are also a university that evolves with the times, designing academic programs that meet the emerging needs of the workforce and creating spaces that foster innovation. We are proud to announce that construction of NEIU’s new Education Building, scheduled for completion by Summer 2027. This state-of-the-art facility will house the Daniel L. Goodwin College of Education, reinforcing our legacy as a leading educator of teachers and community leaders in Chicago.

Academic Program Initiatives

In addition to the new building, we are excited to share progress on two innovative academic programs:

  • The Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership, Equity and Inquiry, NEIU’s first doctoral program, will prepare educators and administrators — particularly from underrepresented communities — to lead meaningful change in urban school systems and higher education. This program has received its approvals from the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) and Higher Learning Commission. It is scheduled to launch in Fall 2026.
  • The Master of Science in Nursing, Entry into Practice (MSNEP), will provide a rigorous and accessible pathway into the nursing profession for individuals with non-nursing bachelor’s degrees. With immersive training in a mixed-reality lab at our El Centro location, the MSNEP is designed to address critical healthcare needs in Chicago and beyond. This program has been approved by IBHE and will soon be sent to HLC for approval. Once the MSNEP is approved by HLC, it will be sent to the Illinois Board of Nursing for its evaluation. A launch date will be announced once the program gains full approval.

Whether students come to NEIU as undergraduate or graduate students, they leave with the skills, knowledge and purpose to lead. NEIU students are practical, visionary and bold — and the University is built to support their success every step of the way.

At 91Porn, our academic offerings are designed to meet students where they are — and take them where they want to go. With a diverse range of disciplines, flexible learning options and nationally accredited programs, NEIU provides students with the tools to lead, innovate and serve in today’s evolving world.

As NEIU’s largest academic unit, the College of Arts and Sciences offers a rich array of programs spanning the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. Students explore big questions, gain cross-disciplinary insight and build the critical thinking and communication skills that employers value and communities need. CAS graduates go on to shape industries, inform public policy, lead research and enrich culture. Whether pursuing biology or philosophy, psychology or music, students in CAS emerge prepared to think deeply, act ethically and lead thoughtfully.

The College of Business and Technology prepares students to thrive in a fast-paced global economy by blending industry-relevant skills with academic rigor. CBT offers eight undergraduate majors, 15 minors and three graduate degree programs across three departments:

  • Accounting, Business Law and Finance
  • Marketing and Management
  • Computer Science

Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International, CBT holds a distinction earned by less than 6% of business schools worldwide. The College is also actively pursuing accreditation by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology for its Computer Science programs, underscoring its commitment to excellence in technology education. With more than 250 course sections annually and a focus on hands-on learning, students graduate ready to lead in business, technology, entrepreneurship and beyond.

As one of Chicago’s oldest and largest education colleges, the Daniel L. Goodwin College of Education has been shaping culturally responsive educators since NEIU’s founding in 1867. The College offers nine undergraduate, 19 graduate and multiple certificate and endorsement programs — including a Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership, Equity and Inquiry, NEIU’s first doctoral program, which is scheduled to launch in Fall 2026.

Upcoming Program:

  • M.S. in Nursing, Entry into Practice – Includes Mental Health and Geriatrics concentrations; features immersive simulation training at El Centro.

Accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), GCOE integrates classroom theory with field-based practice. Students benefit from real-world learning through partnerships with schools, clinics and community organizations, working alongside nationally recognized faculty. With a focus on equity, innovation and impact, GCOE prepares graduates to lead in education, counseling, policy and beyond.

NEIU’s College of Graduate Studies and Research offers over 50 master’s degree and post-baccalaureate programs in business, education, the liberal and fine arts and the sciences. The college is home to a vibrant research culture and is committed to supporting student inquiry, innovation and interdisciplinary exploration across disciplines.

NEIU is a national leader in creating accessible, flexible pathways for adult learners and returning students. • The Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies (BAIS) is a self-paced, credit-based program designed for students balancing education with work and family.
